for a new, philanthropic and environmentally friendly system of world economy – a global interplay
To all governments and leaders in the current monetary and economic system, to the UN general assembly, to churches and religious representatives as well as to all people on this planet earth.
We demand a new and common global administrative system that – as the court of first instance – examines and realizes the 10-/22-point-plan listed below according to the urgency of each point.
We demand that this plan is worked out, presented to all parties and representatives of the people and – in a next step – decided about by all people in a worldwide and democratic plebiscite.
Why?
After many years of research and because of the explosive effect of the current political, economic and financial-technical situation, we prefer confronting our fellow human beings with the necessary information as well as with suggestions for solutions.
There are numerous issues in the centre of attention which we face rather helplessly, such as the collapse of the monetary system, an overheated economic activity (which is, however, not in the least able to solve the global social problems) as well as the increasing environmental problems and the global famine. Apart from all these issues, we also have to deal with war efforts occurring with increasing frequency and fear a first nuclear strike. The mere fact that leading political personalities pun on such words and thus stir up fear and desperation can hardly be outbid in terms of ignorance. These lines of thought cannot be imagined by some people in their wildest dreams because the information given by the media is to be considered one-sided and manipulated in this respect.
If we consider the development of the initial situations of the last world wars, we find ourselves in only too similar situations nowadays. Unfortunately, we find out that since the exclamation to the "fight against the terror" on the 11th September 2001 (which has become a pure farce due to controversial reports), a substantial amount of scenes of war have developed and are still kept alive artificially. For whom?
We started looking for ways in which the course could still be changed before the situation is totally out of control because there is an accumulation of too many deplorable aspects that we can no longer cope with.
In this process of analysis, we came to the conclusion that the problems cannot be solved any more nationwide, but only worldwide. What has to be added to this is the fact that in many cases, solutions are to be looked at as a botch-up within an ill body. There is often no comprehensive thinking within a change. Because deeply intervening consequences are feared which could question our usual standard of living, we prefer sticking to old ways of thinking, which will certainly not make the situation easier on a long-term basis.

In addition to that, we ascribe to the Swiss state an important role in the introduction of a world community or of world parliament! Because Switzerland is (still) widely accepted by most countries, we see a big chance that Switzerland can play an important role in the process of mediation. At this stage, it is no longer about the interference in foreign scuffle, but rather about the preservation and the stabilisation of the world peace and an impulsive executive force for the realization of the common new adjustment of the community. This perspective is a big chance, but it also means a lot of responsibility and it can only be realized if Switzerland not only behaves neutrally, but also keeps its distance towards the growing polarities.
The time is overripe!
In spite of the fear that we are aware of, or exactly because there is the risk that there will be a brutal world government or – as it is often named – a "New World Order", our first and foremost aim is a fair world community and a world parliament based on a spiritual as well as on an ethical foundation and on the love enclosing everything for all living beings and for the nature.
Our aspiration is to work out a system to which all human beings will finally agree. Of course, this system is aimed at eliminating the egoism which today's system presents and promotes only too obviously once and for all. Giving should replace taking. Only if we receive are we also able to give. The wheel is turning and the spiral is scooping from top to bottom and from bottom to top. There should be no "synchronising" all classes. However, it is only the peak values of “top” and “bottom” that we want to see well-balanced, which means that the capital and the values of humankind shall be subject to a new and more just distribution. The blood must flow back into the circulation. Only then can the organism live.
This requires a unit at all levels, which to reach must be our first and foremost effort.
The Armageddon that has been expected by some religions and that has been promoted quite obviously by some representatives is looking for its completion, which we do not want to tolerate for the true Jesus Christ taught us: “Even if you know that the world perishes tomorrow, plant a tree today”.
This is exactly what we want to realize! That is why it is probably the best and most clever action tosolvethe problemstogether and in peace.
Therefore, it you are also needed as you belong to the unit. One for all and all for one!
In order to find the golden mean for all claims, we build on a socially oriented and direct people’s democracy that is divided into three or four sections within a world parliament and in a honeycomb economic structure with shared administration.
Why? Because a honeycomb is one organism.
All this is based on an ethical foundation that has been elaborated in common, that represents high standards and that is conducive to life. In addition to that, it can basically do justice to all religious and non-religious structures. All this is possible without surrendering our nation. This calls for conditions which you find listed in our demands below.
Your voting participation
We are persuaded that many of the ruling governments and sales representatives are not capable anymore of finding a solution under the given circumstances. The interest money system takes its toll all too clearly.
All efforts with the intention rescue this again will no longer be effective and are to be regarded as failed. It is an illusion to assume that the national debts in this system can ever be erased again. We simply lack the resources for this. Thus, gigantic sums are destroyed with diligence since these structures of power can no longer maintain themselves.
In view of the increase of oscillation which will manifest itself in the whole creation in the next few years until 2012, we are advised to unite on a higher spiritual level. Because of that, we need a new worldwide perspective in order to be able to exist with each other in love and peace and in everyone’s favour.
Now we need a new start. A different world is possible! If not now, then when?

Let us submit a petition as it has never taken place before to all governments and people. There shall be millions of signatures to underline the weight and importance of this petition. The world shall be astonished about how many people clearly decide in favour of a change. We can only win!
On a first level of development, the following ten points shall be realized:
1. A democratic world community with a socially oriented and direct people’s democracy that is divided into three or four sections and a world parliament (the UN is possible, but only under new conditions) needs to be established. This parliament consists of twelve representatives from each member country who are elected in a democratic way and represent their country’s government, economy, philosophy, religions, ecology etc.
These representatives are basically able to be in office for a maximum of two years. However, if they distinguish themselves by means of outstanding activities, there is the option of profiting from a bonus system “of good actions”, enabling them to be re-elected by the people for another period. What are to be abolished are electoral campaigns that are funded by millions of money. Each candidate has the same means and options at his or her disposal so that neutral information about the person and his or her political program can be given. In addition to that, bigger countries are represented in smaller structures in order not to be able to block common efforts of smaller countries with their veto, as it was often the case in the past.
2. The basis of a world religion needs to be established which promotes and teaches the understanding, the respect and the unconditional love for the whole creation, already at school. It is the main aim of this religious basis to lead the existing religions and philosophies of this world to a form of cooperation that every religion and philosophy participates in and to mutual acceptance. The pursuit of this aim is based on the principle of love and ethics as well as on shared spiritual knowledge. Moreover, this religious basis shall form the ethical grounds and principles in the constitution of the world community. This constitution, on the other hand, is the basis of the human rights as well as of the way in which nature and all resources are treated. It is the task of the representatives to find a consensus.
Furthermore, there should be no religious wars anymore. If people experience personally what charity means, there will be no reasons anymore for holy wars!
3. All warlike disputes worldwide must be ostracized and stopped. Solutions for conflicts have to be found. Materials remaining from warlike activities, such as scrap metal, as well as the technology and fabrication of war material have to be used for a good and useful cause, such as energy production.
4. A global economic system, yet with a regional focus has to be established, which is then similar to a honeycomb system. What are required are independent economic areas which can, however, act and communicate together. Any violation of agreements previously defined by the global community can be opposed by the veto of the global community.
The economic areas of the global economic system are like individual honeycomb systems. Every economic honeycomb system is self-carrying and self-producing as far as this is possible. It adjusts to the regional agricultural and climatic conditions and thus gains its uniqueness. This uniqueness is then the only thing that is imported or exported. In this way, work can be maintained in each honeycomb system and a just income that is suitable for the respective honeycomb system can be guaranteed. Should a honeycomb system collapse for unforeseeable reasons, it is rebuilt not only with the support of the surrounding honeycomb systems, but also with the financial and material help of the world community. The primary economic aim of this economic system by no means power and capital profits, but exclusively the life quality of the human beings, the animals as well as of the nature within it. Also the aboriginal people have the right to be able to fulfil their life task, to live a life that is in accordance with their ideal way of life and to preserve their living space.
By cutting the major capital gains as well as by abolishing taxes, 40% of the gross domestic product can be used as a financial support of the honeycomb structures. As a consequence, the human beings within this structure are guaranteed their basic salary, which again makes their basic existence possible.
5. The debts of all countries shall be relieved on the grounds of a common definition referring to the gross domestic product, to raw materials, to expenditures and to the statistical consumption of the countries. Thus, common efforts shall have the effect that the world economy remains stable and flourishes in favour of everybody.
6. The monetary system is to be integrated into the democratic process, the interest money system is to be abolished, the stock exchange system is to be restructured widely and monetary speculations are to be banned completely.Money never works and can thus generate no service in return. This means that actually, any stock market profits as well as any capital profits are property stolen from those who achieve good results and create values by doing their work. Because of that, the stock market system and the bank system have to be converted into pure service companies and thus with the aim to supervise, administer and promote capital streams.
7. The existing human rights and duties must be complemented. Also, peace processes and the preservation of values have to be supported. Positive impulses should provide for the situation that human rights are finally obeyed worldwide.
Also, it is necessary to define duties of humankind that serve the general public and – at the same time – keep the individual freedom towards what is below as well as what is above in a frame that is generally beneficial to the individual human being. The education and the motivation of the children, of the young people as well as of the adults shall have the effect that they are earth- and mind-dwellers with a sense of sympathy. Moreover, they shall learn and experience that sympathising with all beings in nature leads to a feeling of happiness. One for all, all for one.
8. A worldwide change from the Gregorian calendar to the calendar of the 13 moons is absolutely necessary. For too much time, we have been in a wrong rhythm of time, detached from our planetary system. This imbalance is the main cause for the abortive development of our society. Only one little step in one’s everyday life is necessary to modify the way in which people think – we need to change our calendar. If we can send a person to the moon, we can also change the calendar. This change is the first step – the rest will follow easily because with this change, we change our mind and enter a new era, leading to a new awareness of what time is.
9. What are also needed are conditions coming into effect immediately to eliminate global malnutrition and famine. It cannot be accepted that we spend several thousand billions to rescue the ailing monetary system consisting of greedy multibillionaires while there are almost one billion starving people whose famine is exactly the effect of the aforementioned monetary system. Instead of making people dependent on genetically modified, but priceless and killing seed, the highest and common efforts should be made to promote and teach natural methods of cultivation that are in harmony with the character of the earth and its natural laws.
The staple food of humankind as well as water is to be excluded from any profit-oriented and profit-maximised economic processes. Having and disposing of these is a fundamental right and shall be administered together.
The abuse of any sort of staple food for the production of fuels or bioenergy is forbidden.
10. What is furthermore necessary is an unconditional basic income to cover the minimal expenses for life, including the basic health insurance, as a human right for every single human being on earth.
Further 12-point-plan, feasible after the 1st level of development has been realized
2nd level of development
On a second level of development, the following twelve points shall be realized:
11. There must be a maximum of profit that is limited towards the top and that must be defined together. Everybody has the right to receive an income that is above average for his or her performance, but what is gained beyond a certain maximum is to be given to the social state and to the taxes as well as for the basic incomes of others and for the support of the public welfare.
12. There must be a worldwidebalance of the incomes and currencies so that moving production sites away from local economic areas is uninteresting.
13. The worldwide deforestation of the rain forests is to be stopped immediately. The rain forests are the lungs of our earth as they supply us with oxygen. If they die, we will do so, too.
14. It is also necessary to retreat from genetic engineering as well as to stop spreading genetically modified seeds.
15. New laws for the protection of animals and of nature have to be established to forbid any kind of degrading factory farming and animal experiments. In addition to that, cloning of animals must be prohibited.
16. What are also demanded are thereduction and the clean disposal of any weapons of mass destruction as well as a general turning away from the weapon technology as well as from the arms industry.
17. The privatization of territory is to be abolished. Territory is always state property and can only be used by means of leasing.
18. What are to be analyzed are the estate law as well as the law concerning property. Once these questions are cleared, disputes about claims that have been laid to territory and property for ages (and which cannot be carried on for good anyway) are unnecessary. It is only this step that makes us free.
19. An activity-oriented and non-directive educational system needs to be established. Also, the value of a performance must be re-structured as a self-value, the PISA guidelines are to be adjusted and a language for worldwide communication has to be introduced as a foreign language.
20. Alternative healing methods and medicine based on naturopathy have to be promoted and included into the existing health insurance system. Also, there should not be any further concessions or prohibitions of patents for both drugs and healing practices. What we need are people and their knowledge of the varieties of healing possibilities, but not companies.
21. As to energy production, we need qualitative support and development programmes for new and – above all – naturally and environmentally friendly ways of producing energy with renewable energy sources. Step by step, the use of nuclear energy has to be relinquished and replaced by different forms of energy. The process of destruction – which is the case with gaining energy from nuclear fission – cannot yield healthy energies.
22. Any sort of glorification of violence by the media has to be ostracized. Thus, we can protect our children from an unnatural mental and emotional hardening as well as from a negative readiness for violence.
